I recently read that as much as half of all the food produced in the world....2 billion tonnes....ends up being thrown away. In India itself, 40 percent of all fruits, vegetables and food grains never make it to the market. The country wastes more food grain each year than Australia produces and more fruits and vegetables than the UK consumes!! lets stop this waste ........
