Corn-Sausage Rice

Ingredients :

Rice,cooked                        2 cups
Refined oil                           3 tbsp
Sweet yellow corn                1 cup
Cocktail sausages                 10-12
Onion,chopped                     1
Garlic,chopped                     1 tsp
Capsicum,chopped               1
Soya sauce                           1 tsp
Chilly sauce                          1 tbsp
Salt                                      as per taste
Sugar                                   as per taste
White pepper powder          1 tsp


Method :

Heat oil in a wok and fry the sausages till golden. Remove to a dish.

Saute the onions in the same oil. When onion turns transparent add the garlic and saute a bit. Then add soya sauce, chilly sauce and mix well. Add sugar.

Add the rice and stir well to mix all together.

Cut the sausages into two and add to the rice.

Add salt according to taste , white pepper powder, sweet corn and capsicum and stir well.

Serve hot.
