Mint(pudhina ) makes the digestive system strong. It is very helpful to digest heavy, oily meal. Raita is always served along with the main meals in India.
Ingredients :
Mint(Pudhina) Leaves 1/2 cup
Onion,chopped 2 tbsp
Yoghurt 1 bowl
Chaat Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder (Jeera) 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method :
Put 1/2 cup pudhina leaves in a blender along with 2 tbsp onion , chopped, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
Churn in a mixture-blender with the help of 1/4 th cup of water.

Take the mix and add to the yoghurt, little by little, till a nice flavour and colour is attained.
Serve chilled.
