Chutney Paneer Sandwich

Cottage Cheese has a good quantity of protein and calcium in it, so is very good for our health. This is a breakfast dish and can also be put in the tiffin boxes for school going children.
Ingredients :

Cottage Cheese(Paneer)                        200grams
Salt                                                        1tsp
Red Chilly Powder                                 1 tsp
Cumin Powder                                       1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder                            1/2 tsp
Chat Masala                                          1 tsp
Turmeric Powder                                   1/2 tsp
Oil                                                         2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves                                   1 cup
Mint Leaves                                           1/2 cup
Lemon Juice                                           1 tbsp
Onion,Chopped                                     1/4 th cup
Green Chilly,Chopped                            2
Water                                                    1/4 th cup
Brown Bread Slices                               4
Butter                                                    2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup                                    2 tbsp
Lettuce Leaves or Cucumber                  a few


































Method :

            
Take 200 grams of Cottage Cheese. Slice into flat thick slices.
Sprinkle salt1/4 th tsp, 1/4 th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp chaat masasla powder , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a little vegetable oil,about 1/4 tsp  and rub all on the piece of cottage cheese.Do the same on the other side as well.
Heat a non stick pan. Spread a blob of butter and lightly cook the cottage cheese pieces on both sides.Too much cooking will make the pieces tough. Also if the pan is not well heated the paneer pieces will stick to the pan. When done remove to a dish.


Chutney

To Prepare Chutney :


Take 1 cup coriander leaves in a mixer jar along with 1tbsp lemon juice, mint leaves 1/2  cup, 1/4 th cup onion,chopped, 2 chopped green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt, chaat masala and red chilly powder 1/4 th tsp tsp each and 1/4 th cup water to make a smooth  thick paste. Remove to a bowl.

To Prepare Sandwich :

Butter sandwich bread slices. Then spread the chutney properly on two slices and on two slices spread  tomato ketchup. On top of the slices place Lettuce leaves, Cottage cheese slices , Tomato slices and cover with Bread slices. Trim the sides with a very sharp knife. Cut diagnally and arrange the sanddwiches on a dish. Serve. Finger chips can be served along with these sandwiches.
