Golden Dip

 Dips are served with finger chips, chips,wafers , nachos or any fried food.

Ingredients :

Spring Onions                      1
Mint Leaves                         8-10
Soya Leaves                        2 tbsp
Lemon Juice                        2 tsp
Green Chilly,Chopped           1 tsp
Mayonnaise                        3 tbsp
Hung Curd                          1 tbsp
Cream                                2 tsp
Salt                                   1/2 tsp




Method :

Chop 1spring onion fine. Take fresh Basil and chop fine. Add chopped soya leaves and mint. Pasley or coriander can also be used. Put all in a motar pestal. Add lemon juice and 1 tsp green chilly but leave the spring onion .Mash and crush to get the flavour and release the juices. Take a bowl. Put 2-3 tbsp mayonnnaise in it, 1 tbsp hung curd, 2 tsp cream and mix well with a spoon till smooth. Add salt1/2 tsp, 1/4 th tsp black pepper powder, springonions and the crushed herbes . Serve in a small bowl along with flavoured chips.
