Egg pulao

Internationally Bollywood  and Hindi films have put us, India in a prominant place, and Bollywoods interest in all things Bengali was probably revived in the recent times with films like Devdas,Parineeta  and more recently Kahaani. Kolkata or Bengal portrayed in these films vividly evokes the spirit of the city i live in. Speaking of which, plenty has been happening on the streets of kolkata and its suburbs and seeing my city on silver screen is fun. Food  in kolkata excites every taste bud be it sweet ,salty ,tangy ,spicy or sour.
