Add 2 tbsp finely chopped  green capsicum. Lastly add 1 large cup of tinned corns and mix all well. Reduce flame and cook stirring all the while.
If you are using fresh corns or baby corns, then first cook them and then add. For variations mushrooms can also be used.
Cook for 2 minutes and then add1 tsp cornflour and 2 tbsp milk. Cook for a minute and dry up the mix. Remove the mix to a bowl.
Take two round or hot dog buns or small buns, which ever you prefer. Scoop out and make a  small cavity to put the filling in it.
Line the inside of  the buns with pizza sauce or tomato ketchup. Stuff filling into it. Brush butter on all outer  sides of the bun, to keep bun moist while grilling. Place all buns on  a wire wrack and sprinkle cheese on the stuffing. Sprinkle chilly paste or chilly flakes and then grill for10 minutes.
Spread lettuce leaves on a serving dish or  cover the dish with finely chopped cabbage .Put the buns on it and serve hot.

  1. Ma, thanks for all these yummy recipes. Now that even my cook has disappeared on a long vacation, I can afford to experiment with various recipes.

In fact I made chicken yesterday (after almost 2 years) with Shreya's instructions, and it turned out to be quite good. I couldn't find garam masala (since the masalas are now kept in small container without labels) - so I improvised using "Mangsher Jholer Masala" :)
