Method :

To make vegetable cutlets cut bread (sandwich bread required) corners with the help of a sharp knife and grind these bread pieces in a grinder. Keep aside.
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel and mash well.
In a plate, take the boiled mashed potatoes, minced beans and carrots, boiled peas, chopped green chilly's and mash all very well.
Add salt, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and mix .
Prepare 'tikki' shapes out of the mix.
Apply a little flour on them and make cartoon (or any shape) shaped cutlets with the help of biscuit cutter.
Heat oil in a pan, put prepared cutlets and deep fry. You can shallow fry on a flat pan as well.
When golden, take them out on a dish lined with a tissue paper.
Serve in a plate with tomato ketchup or Coriander-Mint Chutney.
